256mb 133 mhz dane-elec non-ecc cl3 dimm on c466 810 wont work

Hi,

I have a c466 810 which i got a 256mb dimm pc133 for
the memory is non ecc cl3 dram from the manufacturer dane elec
and it says to be 100% compatible..
It doesnt seem to work with my system tho, any way to solve it or
is it not so 100 % compatible.. perhaps I have to change a setting?
