I have a 6P and had a paper jam this morning. I cleared the paper but
when I turn on the printer, I do not hear the rollers going and the
printers orange light (error) remains constant. I tried dismantling
the printer thinking that I missed a piece of paper but I don't think I
did. Any suggestions as to what I can do?

Did you check under the registration paper guide. A notoriously common place
for paper to jam in the 5P and 6P, and very hard to see if there is paper there.
Remove the cartridge, the guide runs across the front of the printer, at the
left end is a small roller (sits at a slight angle), remove one screw, gently
release 3 (I think) plastic catches with a small screwdriver and lift the whole
guide out, paper often gets stuck near the roller.
