722C and Windows 2000

I've searched thru many messages & web sites that tell me there's a
W2K driver for my HP 722C (a somewhat basic driver, I'm finding out)
somewhere on my W2K CD. However, when I try to let W2K install the
driver, it says it cannot find it! I browsed the CD myself and I am
unable to find anything that might resemble it.
Can someone tell me where on the CD I might find it...a folder name or
filename, perhaps?

You should be able to have it found automatically - go to Start, Settings,
Printers, Add Printer, tell the wizard which port the printer is on, then
select HP and DeskJet 722C from the list of printers. You do not need to do
the "have disk" or plug and play stuff. I just tried this on a stock Win 2K
system and it installed without issue.
