9800 np/pro question

Hey guys,
I'm going to be buying a new video card this week, so I've got a question
for all of you.
I'm torn between going with the 9800np and trying to overclock, or just
getting the 9800pro.

How is everyone's experience with overclocking the Sapphire 9800's??
Also, if you could tell me which overclocking app is the best to use for
this?

If you're not bothered about price, go for the pro, although i'd go for the
non pro and flash with the pro bios and overclock. Save your bucks....

My Sapphire non pro overclocked like a pro. So I flashed the bios and
haven't looked back. So help me, the card was an underclocked pro.
