1. Best to have matched DDR sticks of ram, if not matched, you must
run speeds for the slowest stick, typically.
2. Ram that runs at CAS 2.0 at 133 MHz, might need CAS of 2.5 at 166
MHz, and CAS of 3.0 at 200 MHz since memory access timings are
executed more quickly when the bus speed is faster.
3. Other memory access timing values are similarly affected.
