abit siluto t400 mx 64m voltage

I'm not sure if abit siluro t400 mx 64m is a 1.5v card or a 3.3v.
The question is important since I'm not sure if I can install it on my new
asrock 47vtka+ motherboard which support only 1.5v agp card.
Mobo manufacturer says that if I use a 3.3v agp card instead it could
permanently damage my mainboard.
Please help me solve this matter...
