adding sound and video cards to ASE380-ud421A

I have been using an ACER ASE380-ud421A for a year now, on Vista
Premium. The motherboard in this computer has built in Video and sound
cards, I want to upgrade the audio and video quality. Does anyone know a
compatible upgrade card set I could install that would upgrade the video
audio and video performance?
