I just checked the Newegg prices for the AK39N. Newegg has the AK39N
listed at 266/333FSB (they used to list it at 266 tops). If you go to
the Shuttle website they still have the 39N as topping out at 266FSB.
I can't understand how it could be a typo on Newegg's part when they
have always had it at 266-why would they deliberately change it
incorrectly?

Anyone got any ideas? It would be great if it were true!

The board supports 333.

Okay, so lets say that on my next build I get a Barton chip that has
333 on it.
AN I get RAM chips set at 333. How do I set my FSB at 333 on this
board? I don't see where it is possible in the BIOS, unless I'm
missing something. Just to get it up to 133 (266) I have to remove a
jumper. So could someone tell me where I go from here? I did check
the manual, but it doesn't really describe how to do this, far a I can
see. Thanks...

Remove Jumper 6 completely or set it to cover pins 3-4 (166 MHz) as
described in the manual (which is also available online). In the BIOS you
are able to up the FSB in increments of 1 Mhz from 100 to 200 (of course as
long as your CPU and memory can handle it! :-)

The board will automatically recognize your memory as 333 MHz or PC2700 or
whatever speed memory you use.

You may want to download the latest BIOS also as well as the manual (in PDF
format) from the Shuttle website.

Peace...
