Whoa. As an automotive engineer (one of the Big 3, but will remain anonymous
for now) I work closely with C&A in the automotive industry. They supply
many parts to current model year vehicles. While my take is that the core
workers (engineers, program managers, UAW guys who fab up parts for me) are
very good and kind, I find the upper management to be in disarray. They owed
huge give backs to the Big 3 which they never paid and risked losing thier
asses because of it.
I feel bad for the workers of C&A and am actually glad that many of them
have jumped ship and found jobs elsewhere. But I know that isn't possible
for everyone.
Good luck in your endeavors.
