My AN7 computer quit working, now emitting a hi/lo alternating beep
after about two or three seconds of powerup, whereupon it shuts itself
down. The cpu fan alarm was disabled, as I'm running liquid cooling.
So far I've tried another CPU, RAM and AGP video card. The PS is a 500W
Ultra about two months old. I tried clearing CMOS. Tried plugging a fan
into the CPU fan header. Same problem. A 9A code is displayed for an
instant when the beeping starts. Ideas?

500watt Ultra, never heard of it. I would guess it is a power problem,
perhaps the power supply has given up, is it also powering your liquid
cooling setup? I would go and get a quality power supply, try Antec etc.

Lastly, what are your settings you where running and some temps maybe?
I would guess the CPU is RIP if you had it set very high, 2.1VCore+.

For info on Ultra, see http://www.ultraproducts.com/
For a review, see
http://www.extrememhz.com/xconnect-p1.shtml

The liquid cooling is fully self contained and receives no internal
power. CPU is (was) presently a Duron 2500+ running at 3200+ specs
(faster FSB, same core) at stock voltage. Pretty low stress. As I
mentioned, I tried a different CPU and even reset CMOS to defaults (and
also tried a "insert key" powerup). CPU temps are 22C. See
http://www.water-cooling.com/article...er/chiller.php for my setup
(slightly out-of-date, but still close).
