Probably but not worth the cost at today new watch prices; besides now
I hear watches are losing popularity due to cell phones.
Thanks Barry for updating me <g>.

Would something like this work: http://www.beaglesoft.com/clcahome.htm

It may still not be accurate enough as they claim 15 sec/mon however
they later state that, "in a temperature-stable environment, error will
be less than 2 seconds/month" which exceeds your goal if you can provide
the environment.

You mention you're against Internet syncing, but have you considered
syncing via other remote sources? A couple of methods I've done some
research on in the past were GPS and [long/short] wave radio; I know GPS
is quite popular with astronomers. Whatever the case, keep in mind that
as accuracy rises, so does the price.

Careful now, in making suggestions here. The OP is known to flame at responses
to his original posting lacking in specifics as to what problem he/she (probably
a he, but I refuse to be sexist) is trying to solve... Ben Myers

Ben -

It's obvious that if he told anyone he'd have to kill'em. I for one
appreciate the ambiguity.
