AS8 freezes, reset button also freezes

My pc sometimes locks up overnite, mouse & keyboard don't respond.
Used to just hit reset to restart. Now sometimes reset and power
buttons also don't respond. I have to flip power off & back on at the
power supply switch. I can then reboot and power switch works. Any
ideas if this is MB going bad?

It could be motherboard or RAM and maybe the power supply. try adjusting
memory timings is BIOS. Move RAM to different slots. Run Memtest86 overnight
to test RAM. Try ten passes with IntelBurn to see if everything else is
good.
