Raise vcore on the 1700+ to 1.65v or more if needed. It should run fine at
200Mhz FSb and default 11 multiplier. If your 2400+ is locked, you won't
be able to unlock it. Older models are unlocked. Newer models are locked
internally and brides don't matter. If that's the case, all you can do is
raise FSB to about 145Mhz.

For ther 1700+ to run as a 3200+, it'd have to run close to 2400MHz since
it only has 256K cache where the Barton core has 512K.
