Is the Athlon X2 4450e chip discontinued?

I'm about to buy parts for a new system from a slightly-dated bill of
materials list. I think NewEgg is telling me that this chip is no
longer current.

According to amdcompare.com, the AMD Athlon X2 4450B 2.3GHz 1MB L2
Cache Socket AM2 45W Dual-Core Processor is the same.
