I apologized if this has been discussed before. There were no searc
function, so i couldn't search for anything specific to the C840
Anyway, I have a Latitude C840 which started making weird noise an
don't know how to resolve. I ran an extended test using the C
diagnostic and it all pass the test. try upgrading the BIOS, vide
driver nVidia GeForce, Intel Chipset but to no avail. The grinding o
hissing noise is still there. The noise sounds every couple of minutes
Not sure where its coming from. I was wondering if anyone had simila
problem with their C840. I even went to the Dell user support forum an
found a bunch of people with similar, but no solution
