Hello,

Apparantly there is some hardware or software avaliable that if fed
phone numbers, automatically calls the number, reads a recorded
message, then offers an option to press '1' to be put through to an
operator/agent etc

Any information regarding this solution would be helpful... software
titles, manufacturers etc
