automatically start Hydravision desktop manager and multidesk

Is there a way to automatically start Hydravision Desktop Manager and
Multidesk?

I don't think I have the ATI Control Panel installed, is that where the
setting is?

Or maybe I can just add the .exe files to the startup folder?
