AV Cable / Box for Theatre 550 Pro

I want to use an S-Video cable with my Theatre 550, but I don't have
an AV cable adapter or box.

Anyone know where I might get one of these cables or have a product
number for one?
The S-Video connector on the Theatre 550 is different from the one on
the Radeon 9600.

Is the Theatre 550 connector used on any other cards?
