and this time, its a different motherboard. In both cases, the
motherboard can poweron, but only running the fans, nothing else. at
this point I have the motherboard in a minimal configuration (no video
card, no ram, no key/mouse). I've had a case like this before, but i
was able to fix it. this... this seems to be too much. basically, i
turn the power on, and i get no beeps at all... as if it didn't even
get to POST. but the fans run, so there obviously *is* power.
any information regarding the source of/remedies to this problem would
be greatly appreciated.
