bait and switch tactics of niceelectronics.com

Just had a bait and switch pulled on me from niceelectronics.com, they
were listed as having the lowest price on a laptop, shown as in stock
on their website, then got the call from the sales guy: ''oops, that
model is not in stock, would be a 5 week wait, but, oh, looky here,
there's one just like it except with another gig of ram for oh, lets
see, just $500 more, since, you know, how expensive ram is and all, and
we'll give you this neato $300 warranty for ... let me check with my
manager ... hey, ffweeee!!, So, whaddya say, sucker?''

as niceelectronics had quite a few bait and switch stories posted.
Seems like they are one of the more sleazy online sellers, even
changing their name every year or so when their negative reviews pile
up too high, and based in Brooklyn, NY too, hmmm, no wonder ...
