I have IBM pc, whenever i start, a message on DOs format appear, "your system has been tampered, Please shut down and re-start". I kept doing re-start but same message appear every time. I consulted the vendor, he asked me to download BIOS refresher from net, as bios setup require freshup. Please help me how i can do this or make my problem sorted???????????
