Blocked Hyper-Threading on Compaq nx9010

I was blocked Hyper-Threading on my HP Compaq nx9010 (BIOS isn't have option
to enable this).
I have Mobile Pentium 4 3,06 Ghz with HT, ATI IGP 345M, DDR333.
