CD tray door open

It's an HP Pavilion. Using software approach doesn't work, and there
doesn't appear to be a tiny hole beneath the tray door where I can use a
paper clip. Light does go on when eject button is pushed.

Any suggestions?

Oops! Should have been a742x, NOT a744x. My mistake. Don't know if that
will make a difference.
