CMOS battery Compaq 7790dmt laptop

Does anyone know where this battery is located and can it be
easily replaced?

.. . . or does the CMOS get its power from the main battery
pack?

We have a laptop that defaults to 1980 time when turned off,
and which will not respond to `F10' attempts to get to the
setup menu.

Appreciate any experience about this from users here.
