I'm looking to replace my 5700N motherboard. Anyone have one please

If you do a little research, you will probably find that the motherboard
used in the 5700N was/is also used in other models.

Also, identify the original board manuafacturer, some company like Asus
or DFI, and model.

All this will make it easier to identify and snag a replacement.
