Hello everybody!

I have Leadtek GeForce 6200 with HDTV-Out (Like I understand from
official web site).
But I don't have HDTV, I have regular TV, my question is how can I
connect my regular TV to HDTV-Out on my Video Card without buing new TV!

You have an s-video out and composit (HDTV) video out on a graph card,
normal tv on s-video and htdv on composite !

I have cable wich come with bundle to the G.Card 9-Pin connector on the
second side 3 composite: Red(Pr Out), Green(Y Out), Blue(Pb/Comp Out)
and S-Video Out I tried to connect with S-Video but the Driver didn't
find the TV!

How could it? You must follow the directions for using the TV -Out,
especially the refresh rate. There is no communication between the TV and
the card, just a one way video signal.

Not quite right - the card will detect an impedance on the cable when the TV
is connected and switched on. Newer drivers have an option to force TV out,
older ones didn't and relied on the card telling them a TV was connected.
