Controlling the paper on a HP Designjet 800

Hi everyone! My name is Raul silva and I'm work in a office that have a
plotter Designjet 800 and I think that the roll of paper that I buy doesn't
correspond to to the original size that is mark. How can I see the paper
that I use. In the painel of the plotter I only can see the amount of rolls
of paper that I used before, not only the roll of paper that I put now.
