cpu fan suggestion

My Fan speed for the CPU fan is some 11k.
It's a Thermaltake with twin fans around which is the heat sink.

The CPU I have is an Athlon 1GHz, but I have it set at 750Mhz because it
then runs 5C cooler and I can't see any difference to performance.

Now I getting**abit*worried*about*how*long*this*CPU*fan*might*last.*It's*now
been running for 3 years.

Has anyone any suggestion for*a*good*(*and*quiter*)*CPU*fan*that*is
compatible with my CPU.

If that's one of the round Orb's, they're crap.
