All Intel chipset boards prior to 2007.
All AMD chipset boards.

Maybe you should phrase your question a different way?

Use the "Search CPU using" menu here. Search for something easy, like an E6600,
then do a second search for an Extreme processor. Subtract the two lists, to
see which boards don't support them.

With a list subtractor :-)

Do it by hand if you have to. Since you're only
doing this one time, doing it by hand will take
less time than attempting to write a script.
