Creative Labs Mega Works 510D Schematics

Just received another brand new refurb doa, second of two, within two
weeks, both with the same no power up problem from Un-Creative Labs.
The power/sub led won't power up, and neither does the unit, have
looked but have not found schematics, sending it back is not my
interest, have tried different cables and power source, fuse checked,
it is a no charge item now and I would like to fix it.thanks for help
