custom computer, and i need usb 2.0, help?

My grandfather messed this computer up, so he gave it to me. My father and I rebuilt the computer. We replaced everything except the dvd drive, and the hard drive. So ive had to put all the drivers in myself. I have 7 USB ports and they are all usb 1.0, i need usb 2.0 and i cant seem to find a download for the driver. any help?
