D975XBX2 slight damage on new board

Hi,
I received the above from newegg recently and noticed a tiny piece of
plastic was floating around in the packaging. Further inspection revealed it
was a "pin" type piece on the underside of the board which seem associated
with the pci connectors above. They all poke through the board except this
one that's broken off.
Is this likely to cause a problem? doesn't seem to affect the pci connector
its still well fixed. tia.
