DDTS-100?

Has anyone got a change to mess with the DDTS-100 decoder?
I bought the audigy 2 platinum ex in hopes to use it as a decoder for my
console dvd player, but the dolby digital delay is so bad that i don't even
have it hooked up anymore.

any idea if this decoder will work any better for what i'm trying to
achieve?
i've not seen it in any retail yet either, only ebay. anyone know when it
should hit shelves?
