Dell 1505 Wireless-N backward compatible??

Some old posts elsewhere seem to indicate this card is backward
compatible with the "g" standard. Is this true ?? I'm using an old
dell "g" wireless router so if I should get this card, I just want to
be sure it's backward compatible to the "g" standard.

The theory is that wireless-n cards are backward compatible to both 802.11g and
802.11b, so you should be OK. I do not think that the wireless-n cards have
any technical issues talking b or g. The as-yet unapproved 802.11n standard
has more to do with how wifi-n devices talk to one another... Ben Myers
