Dell 8200 DOA?

Can anyone think of a reason a 'healthy' dell 8200 would boot to xp
pro just fine one minute, then fail to even get to bios? the moniter
is fine, and there is power to the tower... i dont think its the
video card, even if i leave it alone for long enough to go thorough
the boot sequence, the speakers remain powered, and silent.

I would say off the top of my head that it is your motherboard, Dell
likes to cut alot of corners on there products to cut cost, so i would
say it is overheating or it is dead, if not then it is the processor.
