I quite often see Dell desktop motherboards for sale on Epay, will any of
these fit a standard ATX tower case?

No. Well, no more or less. Not worth the effort. Most of the boards have
proprietary connectors for front panel and/or ventilation fan, and they require
a lot of work to fit into an ATX case. The ones mounted on a plate definitely
