Warning: Dell's Disk Monitoring System has detected that drive 0 on the
Primary EIDE controller is operating outside normal specifications. It is
advisable to immediately backup your data and replace your hard disk drive
by calling your support desk or Dell Computer Corporation.

Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility.

My parents computer has been getting this error lately, and i'm going to replace the HDD. My question is, how do I go about backing up all the data? When I push the F1 key, it takes me right back to the error and I cannot get into windows.

Thanks for any help.
