Difference between IBMs "Full flat" and Philips "Real Flat" monitors?

I have a very long story behind this matter but to make it short.

IBM C170 uses Full Flat Shadow Mask. How is this differ from Real Flat
Shadow Mask? such as Philips 107S.
Does the two terminologies differ in anyway technically? or they are
the same thing only in different words?

Please help me out if your are really really sure about what you are
talking about.
