The lying complaint was about being told the computer HAD shipped on a certain
date, when it had not, and the later shipping date broken promises. When she
checked the web site after Christmas to see the status of their order, she saw
that the price on that system has been reduced $100. Naturally, she feels that
since they are shipping her system in January, rather than as committed, it
should be billed at the new price. I tend to agree.

She ordered in early December; and price guarantee or no, she'll make her pitch.
