There's not going to be any better deals than what you see out there now
until well into the latter part of 1st Q next year, some time after Vista
has kicked in and in full gear. Beesky

unless of course there are.
they are quite responsive to market pricing, particularly in a down market
like this. if hp pulls out the stops you can bet dell will be right behind
them by adjusting prices to maintain their level of sales.

You might end up being right, but I can see no basis to presume or
conclude that. Dell may be offering a "deal" as late as the week of
December 18th, using FedEx air shipment. Now as to whether or not they
actually will, that's pure speculation, unless you have inside
information that the rest of us are not privy to.

Well, if they do offer any deals it better be by Monday or Tuesday of
next week because that's when I'm probably going to purchase. I can't find
the Toshiba M115 around here. I have seen the Toshiba A105 tho. But I was
hoping to go with Dell. Perhaps I might have to start looking at Compaq/HP.

I'll still wait. I am rediscovering what wonderful technology paper
is. I mean it doesn't require a battery, it weighs a lot less than a
laptop, has limitless resolution. Of course I can't search the
Internet with a notebook (a real notebook, paper) and pen, but there
is a lot that I can do :-)

I am going to hold out for the $750 off coupons. Because I sold my
630m for $900 I wouldn't be paying very much for a significant
upgrade.

Very nice. Very nice. I just might order this today. But, when I go
to the Dell site I can not find this thing. Where is it found? I know you
go to Dell, then small business. Then where?

Hey, paper has it's place, but regarding "has limitless resolution", I
want to see the full-color 600dpi photos you put on paper without a
computer (or printer).

Long live Latitudes!
