I've just bought a lovely DV9288 (ea) laptop; everything about it is
great...apart from Vista. I absolutely *have* to go back to XP.

So, i've got my OEM copy of XP [mce] - but can't work out how to
install it. I clearly need XP versions of the drivers, including
those for the SATA hard drives. I'm guessing I might even have to
slipstream my own XP install disk with the SATA drives on.

Anybody know where I can get those XP drivers? I can't find anything
on HP's crappy website. Can I get them from intel? I believe it's an
Intel chipset.

Help!

-Milo.

In less than 15 seconds, I found the drivers for your laptop...Vista 32 bit,
Vista 64 bit, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows x64..... wasn't hard; I
typed in www.hp.com, clicked on the Software and Drivers link, typed in your
model and voila! It was so easy anyone could find it...
