E5200 Error-Free Temps

I'm getting an E5200 cpu and Intel specifies a maximum temp of 75C.

Recalling that Athlon XP's could go up to 90C, but when passing 60C
could start making errors, I wonder if there's such a point of errors
for this Intel?
