Because most Abit boards are not intended as servers, the specs call
for non-ECC DDR. However, I have several ECC DDRs I retired from a
server board and would like to use. Or AM using actually. In the KR7A
I'm using to send this, I've installed two 512Mb PC2700 DDR; I had to
install them in banks 1 & 3. If I used 1 & 2 the board wouldn't boot.
I wonder what your experiences are with ECC and what quirks you have
found. Thanks for sharing.
