I bought this MB around December 2001. The Version is assumed to be V3.1
(printed on top LHS corner). I downloaded the newest BIOS and
AMINF333.exe. When run under DOS, an error is encountered as follows:

Chipset Type - SiS735
Flash Part - Winbond 49F002U
Error 2 - File does not exist

Need help urgently to upgrade this BIOS to partition an 80G Western Digital
hard disk. The BIOS can detect the HD correctly but cannot verify before 0%
(stuck at 0%). The HD is OK as I check it works with my ASUS MB.

Before flashing and read here for safety's sake

You have mis-typed the name of the BIOS .rom or it's not on the floppy
disk.
Change the name of the flash program to just 333.exe and the name of
the bios .rom to
flash.rom and make sure they are both on the floppy.

Then from the boot floppy type
333.exe flash.rom and press enter.

What did you do wrong? Forget to unzip the file? Curious. :-)
