is this a good budget buy
ive never heard of a duron 1800
price around £60
i believe it includse heatsink /fan

One drawback is that the CPU is soldered onto the motherboard, so
there's no possibility of upgrading it at a later date. If that's a
problem, a standard (CPU-less) K7SOM+ and separate Duron 1.3GHz would
only be a few quid more.

There's no such thing as a 'Duron 1800' by the way - it's probably a
standard Morgan Duron (1GHz - 1.3GHz) with a bogus PR rating.
