Error "film and error" at Designjet 350C

Hallo, my plotters shows the error lights blinking "film + error" (in
german: Folie und Fehler).
The HP support says I must call HP Service. The error tell me that the ink
is failed

I has cleen the contacts - same problem

After power on the plotter show this error if I press cancel ich could plott
the demo page or service page in black. I have put all 3 color inks in the
black cartridge and I could print the demo page in this color. I think the
ink's are correct. Could I reset this error or reset the eeprom?
