Error, is it RAM?

I am getting error message during WIN2000 PRO boot, and some of my programs
stopped working. Here is the message:

Wkfud.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x77fcca7a" referenced memory at "0x00130678". The
memory could not be "written". Click on OK to terminate the program

Is this a physical memory space on RAM? On HD? Any remedies?
