Usually, insufficient voltage to the CPU, especially when overclocking,
result in errors. Run both the memory and FSB at 133MHz,(13x133MHz for the
2100+) with stock voltage to the CPU at 1.75V. Ensure you have a decent
quality power supply. Also, test the memory with Memtest. Note: if the power
supply can't be counted upon, diagnosis becomes much more difficult.
