I am putting together a new system for myself and need to know what is a
good choice for a P/S.

This will be the configuration of the new system:

A7N8X-Deluxe
AMD XP2500 (un-locked) and will try and O/C it.
twin Crucial PC3200 256M DDR sticks.
Hauppauge Win-TV-radio tuner.
Maxtor 40G IDE hd, will be updated sometime in the near future (SATA drive).
CD-RW drive.
Zip drive.
USB2.0 pen drive.
Palit-Daytona Ti4200 64M 4xAGP video card.
Logitech USB camera.
Epson Perfection 636U USB scanner.
A few case 120mm case fans.

I am also looking into having two hard drives, RAID 0/1 configuration,
and maybe looking into water cooling if I decide to play around in this
area.

I have looked at some reviews at a few of the O/C'ing sites and have come
up with a few selections that I would like to have comments on.

One is the Fortron FSP400-60PFN and the other is the Antec 350W (SL350).
The Antec seems to have higher current rating on the +12 and the +3.3v
rails. Both units are in the same price range, $69US and $57US.

Given my system configuration, would these P/S units be able to supply
enough juice for this setup?

Any comments or other suggestions on a
reliable P/S unit?
