G450 - TV OUT as PRIMARY or OVERLAY in windowed mode?

I have Matrox Millenium G450 Dual Head.
Is there any way to display TV OUT as PRIMARY?
Or play VIDEO OVERLAY on TV OUT i windowed mode?

You can work around the problem if you don't use a vga monitor. You
have to fool the computer into thinking there is a vga by using a plug
with the proper resitances on the proper pins. I've lost the site on
how to make the plug, but it is not too hard.

Once you've got that down, you just use the setting to echo the
primary screen to teh secondary
